Abies balsamea ‘nana’ - A nice Christmas tree for lilliputians, this Balsam fir might reach 12” in a decade. It features bright, shinny leaves in a neat mound. A cool, sunny site in a moist soil will suit it fine. (12”h x 20”w) RG , 4” - $7.00

Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘Kosteri’ - This dwarf conifer will grow a few inches a year reaching 4-6 feet in 10 – 20 years. Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘nana’ – Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘nana’ – - This popular miniature "false cedar" makes a globe shape when mature. Leaves are fine-textured and dark green. Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘Reis Dwarf’- - This dwarf Hinoki cypress has a broad, upright habit. It should grow several inches a year reaching about 5 feet in ten years. Can be pruned to contain size and shape. Happy in any well drained soil in sun or light shade. (15”h x 12”w) 3.5” - $7.00

Chamaecyparis pisifera ‘Plumosa Compressa’ - This Sawara cypress is a compact, slow-grower which will perhaps reach 4-6 feet in a decade or two. Chamaecyparis pisifera ‘Tsukumo’ – Chamaecyparis pisifera ‘Tsukumo’ – - Some claim that this is the most winter-hardy of the "false cedars". The mature plant resembles a bun. Juniperus communis ‘Compressa’ - This pencil-thin Juniper features dense, silvery/green foliage. It will grow to 6 feet in a decade or two. Any well drained soil in full sun. Microbiota decussata - This evergreen, native to Siberia, is incredibly hardy. In leaf it is similar to arborvitae. It forms a mat about 12” high that spreads to 4 feet wide. The foliage turns an attractive dark reddish/brown in the winter. Any well drained soil in light shade or sun. (12”h x 48”w) 4” - $6.00

Picea abies ‘Little Gem’ - - This very hardy miniature Norway Spruce is similar to the "Bird’s Nest Spruce", but is smaller. The mature plant will have a flat-topped shape. Thuja occidentalis ‘Degroot’s Spire’ - This beautiful selection of Arborvitae has a narrow, columnar shape with an interesting twist to the foliage.
