Iberis aff. ‘Minima’ Iberis aff. ‘Minima’ - This miniature candytuft grows to 6" across in 4 years in the lean, well drained soil it prefers. In early summer it is smothered in typical white candytuft flowers. Nice in a trough. (3"h x 5"w) RG, T, 3.5"- $5.00

Iberis sempervivens ‘Snow Cushion’ - A mat-forming evergreen which is a reliable plant to add an exuberant slash of white to the spring rock garden. This plant forms a nice mound 6-8” high with typical Iberis flowers. Any good, well drained garden soil in full sun. (8”h x 12”w) 3.5” - $5.00

Incarvillea mairei Incarvillea mairei - This interesting species forms a thick taproot in the humus-rich, well drained soil that it prefers. Two-inch long, tubular flowers with red corolla and a white and yellow throat are spectacular. We grow it in full sun but it might like a little shade in warmer climates. (8"h x 12"w) RG, 3.5" - $5.50

Inula grandiflora Inula grandiflora - This clump-forming species produces good size ray flowers of a rich yellow color in late summer. Although somewhat large for many rock gardens, it makes a great transition plant to other parts of the garden. Not fussy about soil type, but it prefers well drained, not dry soil, in full sun. ( 18"h x 12"w) 3.5"- $5.00

Ipomopsis globularis - This is a fascinating plant from Colorado. A clump of linear leaves produce flowering stems covered with a white wool. Pale violet florets appear and emit a powerful, sweet scent. Best in a scree in full sun. (6”h x 3”w) RG, T, 2.5” - $5.50              Out of Stock

Ipomopsis spicata v orchidaea – - Native to the high-altitude Rocky Mtns., this beauty has proven growable in the Northeast. Rosettes of dissected leaves give rise to short stems with tight clusters of white flowers. Will need scree conditions in a sunny place or pot culture. (5”h x 4”w) T, RG, 2.5” - $5.50
